We want you to wag your tail in delight when your order arrives! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and shipping issues for items fulfilled by Printful:

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the print quality:
    •    Submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your order.
    •    If your package is lost in transit, you have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file a claim.
    •    If it’s our fault, we’ll cover the costs and make it right!

🚚 Return Address & Unclaimed Packages
    •    All returns must be sent to Printful’s return facility.
    •    You’ll receive an automated email once a returned item arrives.
    •    Items unclaimed for 30 days will be donated to charity.
    •    If you don’t use Printful’s facility as the return address, you may be responsible for any return shipping fees.

🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete:
    •    The package will be returned to Printful.
    •    You’ll be responsible for reshipping once we confirm an updated address with you.

📬 What Happens with Unclaimed Returns?

If a shipment is returned and no one claims it:
    •    It will go back to Printful.
    •    You’ll be responsible for any reshipment costs.

❌ Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse
    •    We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse.
    •    If you’d like to offer an exchange to your customer, you may do so at your own expense by placing a new order.
